Wedding Makeup trial for my friend Dawn. I took a “before” photo but it looks like a mug shot, haha.
She wanted a natural look, so I did a light cream in the water mark, a subdued purple over the lid, with a light brown along the crease. I lined her with a black gel liner, curled her lashes, and finished with mascara.
We didn’t have matching foundation, so we planned a trip to Sephora next week, and then we’ll do a second round.
I talked her into a bright pink lipstick, which just makes her lips pop. I love it.
I did this in honor of the Astonishing X-Men issue where Northstar married his BF. It was fun, though I’d use a lot more glitter next time.
Suuuuuuper messy. I blew nail polish on my nail from a little tiny coffee straw. I’m pretty sure there’s a better method, as this took forever, and gave me a polish headache by the time I was done.
Still, it looked pretty awesome.
You have to do my eyes when we hang out!
Haha, sure thing!
All ready for my birthday!
Happy Birthday America!

The movie wasn’t that great, but my eye makeup was fun! I did an emerald green base, with a blue/green color along the crease. Gold along the bottom lash and near the brow bone for an accent.
Finished with my required cat eye (never leave home without it!) and ta-da!
Sarah, is this your eye that Wil Wheaton just reblogged?
YES. He tweeted a photo of it, when I met him at the comic con thing I went to on Sunday, and now this. BEST. BIRTHDAY. EVER.
Oh hey, Wesley Crusher. You might have seen this on Wil Wheaton’s twitter.
